The Gym is available for use by residents of The Dials only, once they have completed the induction process.

To do so, you must watch the Gym Induction Video and review, sign and return the Gym User Agreement and Waiver of Liability by email to brabazon@encoregroup.co.uk.

Once we have received your signed User Agreement, we will enable access to the gym for you via the building’s access control system.

Please note, access can revoked if you fail to follow the conditions set out in the User Agreement.
