Brabazon Estates Ltd manages all shared external areas at Brabazon (excluding adopted roads and pavements), with Encore acting as the appointed managing agents. For queries about landscaping, communal maintenance or parking, please contact Encore directly.
Places is a unique app/portal managed by Encore that enables you to find useful informationand updates on Brabazon and the building you live in. If you haven’t registered yet, contact Brabazon Estates to request your registration key.
