Brabazon Community Fund

Helping Local Groups Make a Big Difference

As Brabazon grows, we are investing in our community from the very beginning. That’s why we’ve launched the Brabazon Community Fund, a small grants programme designed to support local groups and charities that make a big difference in our community.

Every month, one group will receive £250 to help fund activities that bring people together or benefit those living and working nearby. (See the map below for area details.)

The Brabazon Community Fund is managed by YTL Developments as part of the YTL Wessex Foundation. It sits alongside a wider programme of charitable giving across YTL Group, so organisations seeking larger grants or broader community support can apply through the YTL Wessex Foundation.

What We Fund

You can apply for £250 to support an existing activity or start something new. This could include:

  • Community events and activities that bring neighbours together, such as social groups, intergenerational meet ups or family events
  • Lunch clubs or social gatherings that support connection, companionship and wellbeing
  • Support groups offering advice, practical help or opportunities for learning and confidence building
  • Creative, cultural, environmental or social activities for all ages, such as arts workshops, music sessions, outdoor projects or shared community experiences

The grant can help cover costs such as equipment or kit, room hire, event expenses and more.

We welcome applications from groups whose activities reflect the spirit of Brabazon, such as supporting community connection, sustainability, creativity, learning, local heritage or positive social impact.
