Students moving into The Propeller Quarter student accommodation at Brabazon can choose from a selection of curated IKEA Student Packs or create a personalised wish list of products to help make their room feel like home from day one. 

From bedding and storage to kitchen essentials and room accessories, items can be delivered directly to students' rooms before they arrive, helping make the move to Bristol and independent living that little bit easier. 

The new service is particularly useful for students travelling long distances, moving from overseas or arriving in Bristol without access to a car.

What Can Students Order? 

• Students can choose from a range of options depending on what they need for move-in day, including: 
• Essentials Welcome Packs containing everyday items to help them settle in from day one 
• Dressing Packs designed to add style and personality to their room 
• Individual IKEA products, including furniture, accessories and homeware available through IKEA Bristol 
• Whether it's kitchen equipment, bedroom storage, bedding or decorative accessories, students can arrive knowing the essentials are already taken care of before move-in day. 

How to Use the Service  

To take advantage of the service, students need to: 

1. Create an IKEA Family account 
2. Select a Student Pack or create a personalised wish list 
3. Share your IKEA Family number and chosen pack with the accommodation team 
4. IKEA will contact you directly to confirm your order and payment 
5. To ensure your student pack arrives before move-in day, orders must be placed by 1st September 2026.
