The Customer Relations team are here to help with any questions you may have about your new home, If anything needs fixing under your warranty, they will be your first port of call.

They are available Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:00. Out of those hours, your call will be answered by our out-of-hours contact centre.

Brabazon Estates Ltd is responsible for managing all common external areas of Brabazon, with the exception of any roads and pavements that are adopted by the local authority.

If you have any queries, questions or comments about the landscaping, maintenance of communal spaces or parking then please contact the team at Encore, who are the appointed managing agents for Brabazon Estates Ltd.

We hope it never happens. But if within the first two years after you move in there is a maintenance issue with your new home that occurs outside of normal working hours and which threatens your health, safety or security, our out-of-hours emergency contact centre aims to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Every new home at Brabazon comes with a 10-year warranty, backed by the NHBC’s Buildmark Guarantee. 

For the first two years after completion, YTL Homes Ltd will be responsible for rectifying any defects that may come to light in the construction or materials used. From the start of the third year, the NHBC is responsible for managing any issues until 10 years after the completion of your new home.
