The trail is open to participants aged 16 and over.

By participating in this trail and submitting an entry, entrants:

confirm its eligibility to enter; and
acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms, as well as any additional information provided on this page. The information provided will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All entries must be submitted before 17:00 on Sunday 3rd May 2026 (the “Closing Date”) on our website, www.brabazon.co.uk/easter. Entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

By signing up to take part, entrants agree to receive email marketing from Brabazon including the Neighbourhood Newsletter and information about new homes, and may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link provided.

The winner will be contacted directly by YTL Developments using the details provided in their entry submission. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed the prize within 14 days of the notification, YTL Developments reserves the right to offer the prize to the next random winner selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of the winner. YTL Developments does not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the prize.

The selected winner will receive a £50 gift card to spend at Cribbs Causeway. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions set by Cribbs Causeway. There is no cash alternative for the gift card. The gift card is not negotiable or transferable.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
