Local groups and charities can now apply for grants through the Brabazon Community Fund, a small grants programme designed to have a big impact.
Each month, one organisation will receive £250 to help deliver activities that bring people together or make a positive difference in and around the neighbourhood.
What the Fund supports
The Fund will support a wide range of projects, including neighbourhood events, family activities, lunch clubs, support groups, creative sessions, wellbeing initiatives and environmental projects.
Applications are welcome from organisations whose work reflects the spirit of Brabazon and helps build a connected, creative and inclusive community.
How the Fund works
Each month, one organisation will receive a £250 grant through a simple online application process. Eligible applications are entered into a monthly draw, and winners are announced on the first Monday after month end.
Jon McDiarmid, Director of Sales & Marketing at YTL Developments, said:
“Community has to grow alongside the bricks and mortar. As the Spitfire Hangar takes shape as a dedicated venue for residents and local groups, the Brabazon Community Fund helps us extend that commitment by supporting the projects that bring people together, spark creativity and strengthen everyday life here at Brabazon. It is one of the meaningful ways we are helping to nurture a strong and connected neighbourhood.”

The Brabazon Community Fund is managed by YTL Developments and is part of the YTL Wessex Foundation. It sits alongside a wider programme of charitable giving across YTL Group, so organisations seeking larger grants or broader community support can apply through the YTL Wessex Foundation.
