Bristol Film Festival Ticket Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. By completing the sign-up on this website, participants confirm that they agree to these Terms and Conditions and to receive our newsletter.
2. The deadline for entries is 30th July 2026.
3. One (1) winner will be selected at random on 3rd August 2026 from all eligible entries received before the deadline for entries.  The draw will be conducted on an anonymised basis.
4. To be eligible to enter the Ticket Giveaway, participants must be 18 years of age.  Employees of YTL Developments (UK) Limited, Bristol Film Festival and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Ticket Giveaway.
5. Brabazon reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and may require such information as it reasonably considers necessary for that purpose.
6. Brabazon’s decisions in relation to the Ticket Giveaway are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email as soon as reasonably practicable following the draw on 3rd August 2026.
8. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, Brabazon reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. Brabazon reserves the right to disqualify entries which contain false, misleading, incomplete or invalid contact information, including temporary or disposable email addresses.
10. Participants may request to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link that is provided in any marketing communication or by contacting Brabazon directly.
11. The prize consists of four (4) tickets to a Bristol Film Festival screening of the winner’s choice, subject to screening availability and Bristol Film Festival's booking terms and conditions. Brabazon reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
12. The tickets must be used for a screening before 17th June 2027.
13. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 
14. Brabazon reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.  Brabazon accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
